Bieber accused of attempted robbery

Pop sensation Justin Bieber has been accused of attempted robbery.

Police are investigating an alleged incident after a woman claimed the Baby singer tried to rob her.

Canadian star Bieber, 20, was with friends playing mini-golf at Sherman Oaks Castle Park in San Fernando Valley when he was alleged to have attempted to rob the woman.

The woman has made allegations that as she tried to take photos of Bieber on her mobile phone the star, surrounded by his entourage, grabbed it off her.

The woman eventually managed to wrestle her phone back from Bieber – who has been in trouble with the law lately.

A Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman confirmed that the alleged incident took place at around 10pm on Monday night, and was reported to police yesterday (Tuesday).

Officers were said to be interviewing the woman who made the complaint and would then decide whether to question the singer over the incident.
